A highly successful tech founder and investor is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of a fast‑paced, high‑touch personal life. This hands‑on, high‑ownership position supports both urban and refined outdoor lifestyles, requiring impeccable judgment, discretion, and a passion for excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Full oversight and management of two private residences.
- Complete ownership of a complex personal and social calendar.
- Daily lifestyle management and anticipatory support across all aspects of the principal’s personal operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in a PA/EA role supporting high‑profile principals.
- Strong discretion, sound judgment, and professional temperament.
- Degree preferred.

What we offer
- Base salary $100,000–$125,000 per year plus performance bonus.
