Personal Assistant & House Manager for Hedge Fund Founder

About the role

This full‑time position supports a hedge‑fund founder in New York City, handling both personal assistance and household management. The role requires proactive organization, strict confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate the principal’s needs across a busy schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily calendars, appointments, travel logistics and errands.
• Oversee an extensive wardrobe and accessory collection, including garment care, packing and unpacking for travel.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate maintenance, vendors and ensure the residence is organized and guest‑ready.
• Maintain inventories, handle packages, returns and grocery provisioning.
• Provide hospitality and event support, including preparation for daily activities and special events.
• Coordinate comprehensive care for the family’s small dog.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a senior employee in a private household environment.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong reference from a previous principal.
