Personal Assistant & House Manager for Fashion Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant and House Manager to support a fashion executive in their New York City residence. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends, and requires a proactive approach to daily logistics and household operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, errands, shopping, reservations and overall daily logistics.
• Anticipate and prepare daily essentials such as wardrobe selections, accessories, meals and event readiness.
• Oversee an extensive wardrobe, coordinating dry cleaning, tailoring, repairs and organization.
• Pack and unpack for frequent travel, ensuring clothing and personal items are organized.
• Supervise household staff, maintain inventories, coordinate vendors, handle repairs, packages and supplies.
• Keep the home organized, well‑maintained and guest‑ready at all times.
• Welcome guests, prepare guest rooms and support meetings and home entertaining.
• Care for a small dog, including walks, grooming and veterinary appointments.
• Maintain the highest level of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or House Manager.
• Familiarity with Manhattan lifestyle and logistics.
• Excellent long‑term references.
