Permit Coordinator

About the role

Stimulus Technologies is seeking a Permit Coordinator to keep its fiber deployment projects on schedule across rural Oregon. The role focuses on managing the end‑to‑end permitting process, from preparing applications to tracking approvals and supporting field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document permitting requirements for each project.
• Maintain relationships with permitting agencies and support the Permitting Manager.
• Create and update permitting schedules, trackers, and constructability maps.
• Prepare, review, and submit permitting packages and supporting documentation.
• Communicate regularly with agencies to obtain status updates and projected approval dates.
• Track and flag rejections, providing root‑cause analysis to the manager.
• Provide status reports to the Permitting Manager and coordinate information gaps with field and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with agencies and internal teams.

Required skills

• Experience with permitting processes for telecom or utility projects.
• Proficiency in maintaining spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Familiarity with mapping or GIS tools is a plus.
