We are expanding our marketing team and need a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to boost online reach, generate qualified traffic, and enhance campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar.
• Track performance metrics, budgets, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and test audiences, messages, creatives, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create effective advertising assets.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate findings to the marketing team.
• Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and new acquisition channels.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with comfort working with marketing metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently and prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication skills and experience working in a remote team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
• Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Exposure to SaaS, technology, AI, or digital products is a plus.
