Unlock your potential for professional development! We are hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) to join our Therapy Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Speech and Language Pathology evaluations or screens.
• Select and administer appropriate diagnostic procedures to determine impairment and prognosis.
• Develop individualized Plans of Care with functional goals and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Adhere to AIDET, perform hand hygiene, assist with patient positioning, and ensure a clean environment before leaving the room.
• Document patient care, progress, and billing accurately and timely.
• Provide patient and family education and adhere to KHI policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings, orientation of new staff, and continuing education activities.
• Assist with SLP students, Clinical Fellow program, and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Speech & Language Pathology (or foreign equivalent).
• Current Arizona license for Speech & Language Pathology.
• Certification in BLS and AED (American Heart Association) and Certificate of Clinical Competency (or eligibility).
• Recent experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
