About the role

Join NeurAbilities Healthcare as a Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will work directly with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in clinic, home, or school settings while enjoying a flexible, appointment‑based schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Help clients develop communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and educate others about ABA interventions.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data and manage client program materials.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children who have autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication abilities and composure in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation for travel between service locations.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Required skills

• Implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Accurate data collection and documentation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform walking, bending, and other activities.
• Travel to multiple client sites (approximately 20% of work time).
