About the role

The Per Diem Professional Development Associate joins Great Minds' Implementation Services team to support districts and schools in adopting and implementing curriculum products across the Western United States. This part‑time, remote position blends on‑site coaching with virtual professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in Great Minds’ professional services catalog to deliver high‑quality on‑site support, coaching, and PD.
• Participate in internal training cycles to deepen knowledge of new service offerings, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Cultivate a supportive Great Minds culture emphasizing trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of teaching or coaching experience, including 1 year delivering high‑quality professional development.
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula (e.g., Eureka Math or Wit & Wisdom) and strong content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.
• Proficiency with both digital and print education platforms and strong organizational habits for project management and deadline execution.
