About the role

The Professional Development Associate joins Great Minds' Implementation Services team to support districts and schools across the Northeast. Working part‑time, the associate blends facilitation of professional‑development sessions with on‑site coaching to drive successful adoption of Great Minds curriculum.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Great Minds products and services.
Support districts and schools in implementing curriculum effectively.
Facilitate professional‑development workshops for teachers and instructional staff.
Provide one‑on‑one coaching to educators to improve instructional practice.
Collaborate with regional team members to share best practices and feedback.

Required profile

Experienced teacher or instructional coach with a track record of curriculum implementation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with educators.
Ability to work part‑time and travel within the Northeast region as needed.
Commitment to Great Minds' mission of high‑quality, knowledge‑rich education.
