About the role
Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a per‑diem Emergency Department Paramedic to provide direct patient care across all age groups in the ED. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑focused care while supporting the department’s process‑improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Perform as a Paramedic in the Emergency Department.
- Participate in department‑specific process improvement projects.
- Deliver patient‑focused care to neonatal through geriatric populations.
- Engage in activities aimed at improving health‑care delivery.
- Achieve assigned performance goals.
- Maintain current licensure and certifications.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- PHTLS (Pre‑hospital Trauma Life Support) certification.
- Valid Arizona EMCT Paramedic certification.
- At least one year of experience as a Paramedic.
- Preference for previous hospital‑based experience.
