About the role

Brandywine Senior Living, part of Monarch Communities, is hiring a per diem cook in Voorhees Township. The role is part-time and pays $23.00-$25.00 per hour. The cook works on a per diem schedule and helps create a memorable dining experience for residents in a fun, safe and caring environment.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED accepted
Certified culinary degree preferred
Current ServSafe certification, or ability to obtain it
One year of job-related experience including food preparation, full-line menu items and special diets
Compassionate, patient and able to communicate well

Required skills

ServSafe food safety certification
Food preparation and cooking
Organizational and time management skills, with good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making
Able to stand, walk, sit, lift or carry up to 50 lbs using proper body mechanics
