About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Per Diem Behavior Technician (BHT) to work one‑to‑one with children and adolescents in clinic, home, or school settings across Harrisburg, PA. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst to help clients improve communication, social, and independent living skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ABA interventions to clients in various locations, following individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and program materials.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support.
• Educate others about ABA strategies and reinforce therapeutic techniques.
• Travel between service sites and adhere to appointment‑based, per‑diem scheduling.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred minimum of 6 months experience working with children or adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation for travel to multiple service locations.

Required skills

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation.
