People & Talent Partner – New York

About the role

We are seeking our first New York‑based People & Talent Partner to help build and scale our growing U.S. team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for go‑to‑market positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S. roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design hiring strategies and develop talent pipelines.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support onboarding and broader employee lifecycle activities.
• Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives across the New York site.
• Serve as the local People team representative for the New York office.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a startup, B2B, or high‑growth tech environment.
• Proven track record recruiting across GTM functions.
• Strong sourcing abilities and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on builder who thrives in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience with onboarding, HRBP, or People Operations is a plus.
