People & Talent Analyst (Senior)

About the role

Thesis is seeking a People & Talent Analyst (Senior) to support its rapid growth. This generalist position blends recruiting and core HR responsibilities, giving you exposure to the full People function while helping build an exceptional team and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting processes across multiple functions and seniority levels, from kickoff to accepted offer.
• Source and engage high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, outbound outreach, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate screens, assess fit against role requirements, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, track funnel performance, time‑to‑hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, performance programs, and off‑boarding.
• Partner with the VP of Talent and cross‑functional leaders to continuously improve talent acquisition and People operations.
