People Operations Director

About the role

Springbone Kitchen is seeking a dedicated People Operations Director to shape and execute its people strategy across all restaurant locations. You will partner with executive leadership to align talent initiatives with the company’s growth and culture goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall people strategy, including learning & development, leadership training, workforce planning, and compliance frameworks.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, ensuring HR practices support operational performance.
• Oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage the People Operations team and ensure scalable, legally compliant HR systems.
• Foster a positive employee experience across multi‑unit restaurant, hospitality, and retail environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing HR or People Operations teams.
• Proven track record designing strategic leadership and L&D programs at a company‑wide level.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience supporting multi‑unit restaurant, hospitality, or service‑based organizations.
