Pediatric Therapy Recruiter

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Pediatric Therapy Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Conshohocken, PA. In this role you will help match qualified therapy professionals with client organizations, supporting the delivery of pediatric care.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador, building relationships with clients, community outreach groups and therapy/educational centers.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the assigned region.
• Represent Kelly at job fairs and other recruiting events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30 % locally.
• Residence within a 90‑minute radius of the Conshohocken office.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
