About the role
Join BAYADA's Upstate Skilled Office as a Registered Nurse specializing in pediatric home care. Provide one‑to‑one compassionate care to clients in their homes while enjoying flexible scheduling and supportive onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you help set.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
- Current RN license in good standing in the state.
Required skills
- Home‑care patient assessment.
- Accurate clinical documentation.
