About the role
Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Pediatric Physical Therapist providing in‑home therapy to children across Delaware. You will enjoy flexible scheduling, travel within your preferred area, and a supportive culture focused on quality care.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with families using a coaching model.
- Support developmental outcomes for pediatric clients.
- Use an electronic documentation system for each visit.
- Complete weekly home visits according to assigned schedule.
Required profile
- Early Intervention or Pediatric experience required.
- Active license in good standing.
Required skills
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems.
- Ability to apply a coaching model in therapy sessions.
