Pediatric Overnight LPN – 1:1 Trach/Vent Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one‑on‑one overnight care for pediatric clients who require high‑tech tracheostomy or ventilator support. Shifts run from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and can be scheduled flexibly based on your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to the client’s home and deliver individualized overnight care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor the child’s condition throughout the shift.
• Maintain accurate electronic charting using the Statewise system and record observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Current, valid LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts on a flexible schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Statewise electronic charting.
• CPR competency.
