About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Doctor to join our Victor Smiles practice. In this role you will lead the clinical team, ensure the highest standard of dental care for children, and uphold our core values throughout the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, high‑quality dental care to pediatric patients.
  • Develop strong patient relationships by actively listening to children and their families.
  • Support the office manager and team leads in daily operations and accountability.
  • Maintain and exceed New York State licensure and continuing‑education requirements set by Finger Lakes Dental Care.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative office environment aligned with core values.

Required profile

  • Current NYS dental license with a focus on pediatric dentistry.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
  • Strong communication skills and a patient‑first mindset.
