Pediatric Day Shift RN – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Willow Grove Pediatric Office is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑acuity, hospital‑level care to pediatric clients in the Philadelphia area. The role focuses on day‑shift, private‑duty nursing for children with complex medical needs in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a single client per day and deliver hands‑on nursing care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Report any changes in condition to the Clinical Manager and physician promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.

Required skills

• Experience with BiPAP and ventilator support.
• Proficiency in managing G‑tube feeding.
