Patient Recruitment Specialist

About the role

DelRicht is looking for a Patient Recruitment Specialist to connect prospective patients with clinical trial opportunities across its network of 33 sites in the United States. The role is on‑site and involves high‑volume, phone‑based outreach to warm leads, helping to accelerate enrollment for new treatments and medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Make compassionate outbound calls to prospective patients, screen for eligibility and interest in clinical trials.
• Maintain a high volume of calls with accuracy and urgency while tracking metrics.
• Stay up‑to‑date on study indications, eligibility criteria, and patient requirements.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and recruitment teams to achieve enrollment targets.
• Provide rotating Saturday coverage as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, call‑center or similar environment.
• Strong, people‑oriented phone communication skills with a compassionate approach.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
• Resilient and able to handle repetitive, challenging calls.
• Adaptable to a fast‑growing, changing environment and open to continuous learning.
