Patient Data Coordinator

About the role

DelRicht Research is seeking a Patient Data Coordinator to support its centralized clinical research team. The role focuses on accurate data entry, quality assurance, and communication with study sites to ensure timely handling of patient information across multiple trials.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, review, and reconcile clinical research data with an emphasis on accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or errors and coordinate resolution with clinical teams.
• Maintain organized records and support data‑quality processes throughout each study.
• Communicate with patients and clinic staff to confirm data points and answer data‑related questions.
• Prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and help sustain efficient workflow across sites.
• Provide consistent, professional communication to support excellent service for patients, physicians, and sponsors.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Highly organized with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Interest in improving processes and working efficiently.

Required skills

• Associate’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a data‑entry or clinical‑research environment.
