Patient Care Coordinator – Holistic Health Clinic

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients at our premier holistic health clinic in Hawaii. You will bridge the gap between a patient’s health concerns and their journey toward healing by managing outreach, scheduling, and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

  • Make and receive a high volume of calls, maintaining at least 150 outbound dials per day to new leads, existing patients, and follow‑ups.
  • Answer all incoming calls with a professional, warm, and authoritative tone.
  • Schedule and book appointments for services such as IV Therapy, Acupuncture, and Naturopathic consultations.
  • Proactively follow up on website leads and re‑engage former patients to ensure continuity of care.
  • Handle common patient objections regarding pricing, insurance, and decision‑making with empathy and confidence.
