About the role
The Passenger Barista prepares coffee and tea beverages, delivers exceptional customer service, and upholds the brand’s values in a fast‑paced café environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu beverages, recommend products, and guide retail sales.
- Maintain product knowledge, cleaning standards, and company policies.
- Ensure a positive customer experience from ordering to pickup.
- Adhere to ServeSafe food safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Ability to stay calm, respectful and work efficiently in a noisy, fast‑paced setting.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lb and stand/walk 6‑8 hours per shift.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- ServeSafe food safety certification.
- Cash register operation and basic math.
