Part‑time Web Publisher (US Timezone)

About the role

eStoreLabs is looking for a part‑time Web Publisher to join its agile eCommerce team. You will work within US business hours, creating and updating web pages for global brands while collaborating closely with project managers and designers.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish web pages according to design specifications.
• Implement website updates with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle, from design handoff to final approval.
• Communicate task status and updates via the ticketing system.
• Participate in ad‑hoc project meetings or catch‑up calls as needed.
• Respond quickly to feedback and make revisions to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all published content follows quality standards and guidelines.

Required profile

• Availability for at least 4 hours per day within US time zones (e.g., 11 AM‑3 PM ET).
• Willingness to add 2‑4 extra hours per day if required (paid separately).
• Minimum 2 years experience in web publishing or CMS‑based page building.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working with project managers and ticketing tools.
• Familiarity with Figma designs as layout references.
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
• Clear communication skills.
• Previous work with pharmaceutical companies or Drupal is a plus.
