Part‑Time Stylist & Sales Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Stylist who will deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a Michigan store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will blend fashion expertise with customer‑service excellence to help guests discover the perfect look.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and Levi’s promotions.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and promote the omni‑channel experience.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, execute markdowns and replenish merchandise.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and up‑to‑date with current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods; reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Merchandise processing (shipment, floor set, markdown, replenishment).
