Part‑Time Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Stylist to join its Nashville store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create a personalized shopping experience, showcase the latest trends, and uphold the brand’s heritage of originality and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current fashion trends and ongoing promotions.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel experiences.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining visual standards.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Support store operations by following all Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Positive attitude, strong customer empathy, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.

Required skills

• Cash handling.
• Merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, replenishment).
