Part‑Time Store Supervisor – University Village, WA

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Store Supervisor to lead our University Village location. You will help create an energetic store environment, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers and model service standards for the team.
• Coach associates on sales techniques, product knowledge and loss‑prevention policies.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy.
• Partner with the Store Manager on staffing, performance feedback and talent development.
• Oversee cash handling, merchandise receipt, floor set‑up, markdowns and replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and help meet daily sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising and coaching staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset that reflects Levi’s culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
