Part‑time Store Supervisor – Ross Park Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for its Ross Park Mall location in Pittsburgh. The supervisor will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates through effective leadership.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop team members.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and legal right to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
