Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Lighthouse Outlet Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the management team at the Levis® Outlet in Lighthouse Outlet Mall, Michigan City. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure a high‑standard shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Manage daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and visual standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with all Levi’s policies, procedures, and programs.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Reliably meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
