Part‑Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the White Plains location. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor associate team members, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Adhere to all Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop store associates.
• Reliability in following store directives and meeting sales goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
