Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Corte Madera

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Store Supervisor to join our Corte Madera location. You will act as the manager on duty, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, handling all cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Process shipments, set the sales floor, execute markdowns and manage replenishment systems.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, collaborating with the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager on escalated issues.
• Coach and supervise the sales team, reinforcing a selling culture and high‑service standards.
• Monitor performance metrics such as conversion, units per transaction and sales per hour, and develop strategies to meet targets.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive work environment and act as a brand ambassador.
• Partner with the Home Office and local community to drive events, brand awareness and engagement.
