About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for its The Domain location in Austin, TX. You will support store management in delivering the Levi’s brand experience, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence while stepping in as acting manager when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established sales targets and KPIs such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Maintain visual standards and store housekeeping to ensure a compelling shopping environment.
• Assist with training, coaching, and retaining a team that delivers authentic customer service and adheres to Levi’s selling practices.
• Control expenses by managing controllable costs and following loss‑prevention guidelines.
• Execute daily operational tasks, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory checks.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for fashion retail.
