Part‑Time Sales Stylist (Retail)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Sales Stylist to join its Indianapolis store. In this customer‑focused position you will model and coach the brand experience, helping shoppers discover looks that reflect current trends and Levi’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations and promote current promotions in line with Levi’s service standards.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel experiences.
• Resolve consumer concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures and visual standards.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a genuine interest in current trends.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
