Part‑Time Sales Stylist – Legends Outlets

About the role

The Legends Outlets store in Kansas City is looking for a part‑time Sales Stylist to deliver an exceptional Levi’s experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will engage customers, showcase the latest trends and support store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist shoppers by recommending outfits that align with current promotions and Levi’s brand values.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Handle cash, process shipments, execute floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure compliance with store policies.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Positive attitude, strong empathy for customers and teammates.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
