About the role

Levi’s® Wrentham Premium Outlet is seeking a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store sales. You will represent the iconic Levi’s brand, helping shoppers find the perfect fit while maintaining the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi’s history, heritage and product line.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to Levi’s cash‑handling guidelines.
• Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging and pricing.
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilize basic iOS devices for sales and inventory tasks.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Organized, methodical, adaptable and consistent.

Required skills

• Basic iOS device operation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with RFID inventory systems.
