Part‑Time Sales Associate – Silver Sands

About the role

Levi's Outlet® Silver Sands is seeking a friendly, energetic part‑time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store sales. You will be the face of the brand, helping guests discover Levi’s heritage while supporting day‑to‑day store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets daily.
• Handle cash transactions and follow Levi’s cash‑handling guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, and floor merchandising.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance in line with brand guidelines.
• Perform rapid inventory refills using RFID‑enabled processes.
• Support pricing updates and basic store security, safety, and loss‑prevention programs.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Traits: structured, organized, methodical, consistent, adaptable.

Required skills

• Basic technology proficiency with iOS devices.
• Device troubleshooting and ability to read technical manuals.
• Familiarity with RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
