Part‑time Russian Language Instructor (On‑site & Virtual)

About the role

Berlitz is seeking a passionate Russian Instructor to deliver high‑quality language lessons to adult learners. The position is part‑time and combines face‑to‑face sessions at the Learning Center or off‑site locations with virtual classes, allowing flexibility for both instructor and students.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Russian language lessons following Berlitz teaching principles, focusing on student goals and interests.
• Conduct level assessments and needs analyses as assigned.
• Teach private and group classes both onsite and online.
• Maintain accurate pedagogical and attendance records for each student.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions with the Academic Specialist to refine teaching methods.
• Complete required training modules on the Berlitz Learning platform.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to quality language instruction and learner support.
• Ability to adapt lessons to diverse learner needs and proficiency levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
