About the role

As a Team Member at SKIMS you will bring the brand to life for customers in our Corte Madera store. You will create a welcoming, inclusive environment while delivering a premium shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity and professionalism.
• Learn and communicate product stories, sizing and fit to build trust and loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, stocked and organized sales floor, especially during peak hours.
• Use elevated body language and refined selling techniques to uphold the brand’s premium feel.
• Adapt quickly to different zones of the store and step in where needed.
• Embrace coaching, feedback and continuous learning to improve performance.
• Contribute to team goals by driving sales and supporting the overall customer experience.
