About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the management team of its Levi's® Outlet in Tilton, NH. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring smooth daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to enhance their performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Provide outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with all Levi's® Store policies, procedures, and programs.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
