About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the management team at its Deer Park outlet. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure a high‑quality shopping experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop team members.
• Commitment to following Levi’s policies, procedures, and performance goals.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Physical capability to lift 40 lb and remain mobile throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
