Part‑Time Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for our Levi’s® Outlet in Riverhead, NY. The role supports store management by overseeing daily operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet daily performance targets.
• Open and close the store, handle cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Coach and train retail associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain visual standards and uphold brand integrity.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of customer service or retail experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or directing staff.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to schedule changes.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends.
