Part‑Time Retail Keyholder – SoHo, New York

About the role

Levi's® retail in SoHo is seeking a part‑time Keyholder to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support daily store operations, sales, and customer service while embodying the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and operational readiness.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, fitting, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor stocked.
• Support the leadership team in achieving sales targets and training team members.
• Handle inventory tasks such as receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks like kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and legal eligibility to work in the United States (18+ years old).
• Willingness to follow store policies and directives from management.
