Part‑time Retail Keyholder

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated part‑time Keyholder to join the team at Albertville Premium Outlets. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create an engaging shopping experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through proactive engagement.
• Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and product placement on the sales floor.
• Support store leadership by coaching team members on Levi’s selling practices.
• Handle store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Adherence to all Levi’s policies, procedures, and directives.
