Part‑Time Operations Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Operations Administrator to support our Boise office on a part‑time basis. The role blends administrative duties with on‑site coordination, helping our construction teams stay organized and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily updates on timecards and employee schedules.
• Assist with billing, reconciliation, and job documentation for assigned projects.
• Enter project, employee, and equipment data into the scheduling software.
• Communicate with project leads and office leadership to provide end‑to‑end support for jobs across multiple sites.
• Schedule orientations, training sessions, and badge issuance for operators.
• Reconcile credit‑card and fuel‑card transactions on a monthly basis.
• Review weekly driver scorecards and coordinate improvements with operations leadership.
• Support incoming office calls and perform other duties as needed.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and punctual with the ability to walk long distances on job sites.
• Excellent organizational abilities and good judgment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
