Part‑Time Media Trainee – Marketing & Communications

About the role

Loewe is looking for a dynamic Part‑Time Media Trainee to support its Marketing & Communications team in the Americas. You will assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns across print, digital and out‑of‑home channels while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the strategic planning and execution of paid media and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain up‑to‑date media plans, including timelines, specifications and budget allocations.
• Help prepare post‑campaign analysis reports with performance insights.
• Coordinate the delivery of creative assets for print, digital and out‑of‑home activations.
• Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to inform campaign development.
• Manage campaign documentation such as screenshots, proof‑of‑posting and meeting minutes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in media, communications or marketing (internships count).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Passion for fashion, social media and evolving media landscapes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
