Part‑Time Leasing Professional (LoHi Gold Community)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to manage leasing, marketing and renewal activities for the LoHi Gold community. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and supporting resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needed.
• Monitor market conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans and manage concessions.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach and internet marketing on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic and manage prospect data.
• Maintain show units to Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Ability to interact professionally with prospects and residents.
• Strong organizational skills to manage applications, documentation and move‑in processes.
• Awareness of local rental market trends and competitor activity.
