Part‑time Leasing Professional – Harmon West Meade

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join the Harmon West Meade community on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase townhome units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance tasks, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform occupancy strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and employer outreach.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer‑facing roles within residential real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible part‑time hours and collaborate with the on‑site management team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management platforms such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with internet marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
