Part‑Time Lead – Retail Store

About the role

Banana Republic is seeking a part‑time Lead to support store leadership in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a role model for selling behaviors, guide teammates, and ensure store operations run smoothly during non‑peak hours.

Key responsibilities

• Treat customers and employees with respect, fostering a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty programs and educate shoppers on brand offerings.
• Support the sales leader during non‑peak periods, keeping the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
• Assist with opening and closing checklists, including product lifecycle expertise.
• Leverage omni‑channel tools to provide a frictionless shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with all store standards and policies.

Required profile
